Michael is a qualified Chartered Accountant with over 25 years' experience in both the public and private sector. Prior to commencing as a Director of Jarrah Hill Michael held roles as the Chief Finance Officer and Financial Management section-head for various Commonwealth Government entities.
Michael has significant experience in Commonwealth financial management and reform, including activity-based costing, asset management, budget preparation and new policy costings, financial processes and policies, financial statement preparation, audit and financial viability reviews.

Chris Poulton
Director
Chris is a qualified Chartered Accountant with over 12 years’ experience in private and public sector accounting. Prior to commencing as a Director of Jarrah Hill Chris worked for several professional services firms in Canberra providing cost modelling, budgeting, financial statement preparation, financial management, consulting and audit services to a wide range of clients.
Chris brings significant public sector knowledge and experience to his clientele with a strong focus on building trusted relationships through the provision of high-quality services. Chris has a passion for developing customised modelling and costing solutions.

Mitch Frost
Director
Mitch is a qualified Chartered Accountant with over 15 years’ experience across private and public sector accounting. Prior to commencing as a Director of Jarrah Hill Mitch worked for various accounting firms in Australia and the United States providing audit, financial management, financial statement preparation, financial systems analysis, benchmarking, data modelling and technical accounting advice.
Mitch has extensive public sector experience and has previously held roles as the Chief Financial Officer at the Australian National Audit Office and the Director of Financial Services at the Australian Sports Commission. Mitch has a passion for working with clients to optimise their financial operations and to streamline accounting processes and financial systems.
